Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, and providing training on equipment usage.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with clients by driving value-added and focused service delivery">
- Manage spare parts delivery and monitor electrical equipment performance">
- Provide clear customer feedback and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments">
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field">
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry">
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions">
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations">
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications">
- Proficiency in written and spoken English">
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events">
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support">
