Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing value-added service delivery.
- Manage spare parts delivery efficiently.
- Maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments through ongoing training.
- Offer clear customer feedback and participate in industry events to promote products and build relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
