**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through value-added service delivery.
- Manage spare parts delivery.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Provide clear customer feedback.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role.
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry.
**Working Environment:**
The successful candidate will be based in Seoul and will have the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
