Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues
- Develop strong relationships with clients through value-added service delivery
- Manage spare parts delivery efficiently
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment performance
- Provide clear customer feedback and support
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering high-quality service

Work Environment:
The successful candidate will be based in Seoul and will be working within the electronic industry/automation sector as an engineer. This is a permanent position, and the individual will not be managing any other staff members.
