Automation Machinery Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the timely maintenance and testing of equipment.
Mission:As a Technical Service Engineer, your primary objective will be to provide top-notch support to our clients. This involves working collaboratively with our team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues, developing strong relationships with our customers, and ensuring that they receive focused and value-added service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our team to assist in troubleshooting equipment and technical problems;
- Develop strong client relationships by driving value-added and focused service delivery;
- Manage spare parts delivery;
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Provide customers with comprehensive guidance on how to use equipment safely and effectively;
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments;
- Provide clear customer feedback;
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
