Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering services to customers effectively and on time, guaranteeing equipment testing and maintenance in accordance with our policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to assist with the troubleshooting of equipment and technical problems;
- Develop strong client relationships by driving value-added and focused service delivery;
- Manage spare parts delivery;
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Provide clear customer feedback;
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments;
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.

Working Conditions
This is a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be based in Seoul (KOR) and will be required to travel occasionally for business purposes.
