Customer Service Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our equipment is maintained and tested in accordance with our policies.
Mission:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring that our equipment is functioning optimally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues;
- Develop strong relationships with clients by driving value-added and focused service delivery;
- Manage spare parts delivery;
- Maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Provide clear guidance to customers on equipment usage, including safety protocols;
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments;
- Collect and provide clear customer feedback;
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required;
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
