Climate Change Compliance Specialist

The Green Climate Fund is a global leader in addressing climate change, and we are seeking a highly skilled Registrar and Compliance Specialist to join our team.
This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our case cycle, as well as maintaining transparency and respect in our interactions with stakeholders.
As a key member of our Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM) team, you will be responsible for managing eligibility determinations, preliminary inquiries, and comprehensive case handling from initial inquiry to closure.
You will also oversee the implementation of case cycles, coordinating workflows to ensure timely assessment of complaints and requests in line with our Procedures, Guidelines, and Supporting Operating Procedures.
We are looking for an individual with advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, who can adapt case management processes and policies to effectively deliver a portfolio of complaints, reconsideration requests, and investigations.
Prior experience working with social and environmental accountability and grievance redress mechanisms is an advantage, as well as knowledge of office technology such as MS Office package and experience in working with databases, particularly prior knowledge of case management software.
