About Position:

Business: Health Systems Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist Location: Seoul, Korea (서울 중구)

Role Summary:

As Sales Operations Specialist, you will join Philips Sales Operations team that is responsible for supporting sales operations activities, managing quoting & tender process, managing incoming customer orders for Health System products.

필립스코리아에서 필립스 Health System 제품에 대한 견적 및 입찰 프로세스 관리, 오더 프로세스 관리 등 운영을 담당할 Sales Operation Specialist를 채용합니다.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end sales order process Manage and drive the quotation, tender and contract process, order-booking, monthly closing and other order related activities to ensure an efficient order fulfillment process Conduct analysis of complex data to support strategic decision-making Work closely with the Sales team to assess sales processes, quality and areas for improvement Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive optimal business outcomes Respond to external and internal requests for information Actively identifies improvements based on LEAN principles and participates in LEAN process improvement activities End-to-end Sales 오더 프로세스를 관리합니다. 효율적인 오더Fulfillment 프로세스를 위해 견적, 입찰 및 계약 과정, 주문 등록, 월 마감 및 기타 오더 관련 업무를 관리하고 진행합니다. 전략적 의사 결정을 지원하기 위한 데이터 분석을 수행합니다. 영업 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 영업 프로세스와 퀄리티, 개선이 필요한 영역을 평가합니다. 최적의 비즈니스 결과를 이끌어내기 위해 부서 간 협업과 소통을 촉진합니다. 외부 및 내부 정보 요청에 대응합니다. LEAN 원칙을 기반으로 개선 사항을 적극적으로 찾아내고, LEAN 프로세스 개선 활동에 참여합니다.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations on quoting, sales activities, contract order management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders. Team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Working knowledge of quoting platforms(Sofon), SAP, Salesforce.com and IT tools Expert level proficiency in Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in both Korean and English
