Dell Technologies의 내부영업대표(ISR) 담당자는 당사의 모든 기술 포트폴리오에 활력을 불어넣는 역할을 하게 됩니다. Inside Sales는 고객(Account)과의 관계를 지속적으로 발전시키고 친밀감을 형성하며 뛰어난 의사소통 능력을 이용하여 전화, 이메일, 온라인으로 우리의 제품을 고객에게 판매하고 고객과 함께 성장하는 비즈니스 파트너로서 큰 자부심을 가지고 있습니다.

What you’ll achieve
 

기존 고객과의 비즈니스를 발전시키고 신규 고객을 발굴하고 성장시키는 중추적인 역할을 하게 됩니다.

You will:

아웃바운드, 상담 및 기타 영향력 있는 영업 기법을 통해 Dell Technologies의 솔루션을 판매하여 목표 달성

고객과의 좋은 비지니스 관계를 유지하고 고객의 니즈 분석, 제품 정보 전달, 기술 사양, 견적 및 입찰에 참여

내/외부 고객의 인바운드 요청을 이메일과 유선전화를 통해 응대

외부 영업 담당자 및 총판 및 파트너와 긴밀하게 협력하여 새로운 비즈니스 기회 확보

Essential Requirements

IT 기술 및 트렌드에 대한 이해

수준급 소통능력, 발표 및 문제 해결 능력, Collaboration 능력

고객 분석 및 리서치 능력과 비즈니스 구성 요소에 대한 호기심과 적극적으로 배우고자 하는 열정

IT 영업에 대한 관심과 열정

Desirable Requirements

IT 백그라운드(유관 전공) 또는 IT에 대한 관심도가 높은자, 인턴 등 Sales 유관 경험자 우대

적절한 시간 및 자원 활용 능력

변화에 대한 빠른 습득 및 적응 능력

IT 분야의 Business Vison 보유

Microsoft Office 능숙자 선호 (Excel, Power Point, Word 등)
