힐티코리아는 「 INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (내근 영업)」로서 뛰어난 비즈니스 감각을 가지고 당사에서 활약할 수 있는 사람을 찾고 있습니다. 해당 포지션은 유선(전화) 상담 및 영업활동을 기반으로, 고객에 대한 힐티 제품 및 서비스 소개 및 판매를 활동을 수행하며 궁극적으로 다양한 고객에 대한 힐티 브랜드 인지도 확장 및 판매 저변 확대를 위한 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• 기존 고객 관리 및 신규 고객 개발: 구매 이력과 고객의 거래 구매 성향을 바탕으로, ISAM은 고객에게 접근하여 고객의 니즈에 맞게 판매 기회를 창출하고 채널 확대를 통하여 매출 결과로 전환 • 담당 지역 내 시장정보 확인 및 영업전략 수립하여 매출 증대 • 고객의 요청과 요구에 따라 관련 정보, 수리 접수, 제품 및 서비스에 대한 설명 및 지원을 제공 • 고객 요청을 바탕으로 현장 영업 및 솔루션 담당자와 협업하여 제품 및 서비스를 판매 • 고객으로부터 비즈니스 주문(전화, 메일, FAX 및 채팅) 접수 • 힐티 제품을 온라인 사이트에서 구입할 수 있도록 설명하고 지원 • 타부서와 프로젝트 수행(프로세스 개선)

4년제 졸업이상 학위 및 비즈니스 지식 - 건축, 토목 전공 선호 신입 및 건설관련 경력 1년 이상(선호) 혹은 비건설업계 경력 5년 미만 건설 시공 업체 근무 시공, 공무 등 경력 우대 고객 직접 방문 영업 및 텔레마케팅 경험 우대 Report및 영업 분석에 사용하는 office사용 능력 문제 해결 능력, 고객중심 사고, 고객의 요구 및 행동에 대한 이해 능력 책임감, 성실성, 적극성, 도전성 시간 배분 능력, 팀웍 탁월한 의사소통 및 대인관계 능력 회사 프로세스의 이해 및 전체적인 비즈니스의 이해
