Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying medium to large scale automation solutions across fulfilment centers, return centers, replenishment centers and hubs.
As a project owner, the candidate will be required to work closely with and manage multiple stakeholders such as project managers, product managers, procurement leads, Operations leads, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Develop frameworks and processes to support Coupang Fulfillment Services Automation Maintenance, Robotics Deployment, and Continuous Improvement strategy.
Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to create operational efficiencies to meet or exceed organizational goals.
Building and maintaining close working relationships with business partners and ensuring alignment to group standards, goals and policies.
Developing OE governance model and processes to achieve a flexible, efficient approach continuously improving processes and aligning with CFS governance to maximize effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of program management experience in large organizations, with increasing influence and responsibility
Prior Program Management, Automation or Operations experience. Also open to experience in Finance or Consulting.
Experience initiating and leading analytical projects with minimal guidance, taking a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
Advanced Excel modeling experience.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking broad visions and concepts and developing and launching successful structured enablement programs with predefined metrics to measure impact.
Excellent communications skills including, writing, presenting, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to drive through completion.
Excellent communications skills in both Korean and English
Bachelor's degree is required.
PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communications skills in both Korean and English strongly preferred.
Proven experience designing and implementing automation deployment and maintenance strategy in e-commerce.
A fast-thinking, curious, high-energy individual ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
Advanced SQL skills, eCommerce experience, and MBA

[Document Return Policy]
1. This notification is given pursuant to Article of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
2. A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the "Company"), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
