About the Role

The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling enquiries, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be knowledgeable about treatments, products, and services offered by the hotel, including pricing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and handle enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information about treatments, products, and services offered by the hotel
  • Schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule
