Our customer's requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer services, preferably in the online publisher industry (adtech, programmatic, yield-monetization, etc.).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders on D- and C- level (CEOs, directors, managers, etc.).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and self-driven with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Fluency in Korean.

Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Services Manager you will be responsible for the care and development of customers in the Korean market. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and key contacts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and technological solutions demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and strategies.
