Our customer's requirements
- Proven experience in a customer services, preferably in the online publisher industry (adtech, programmatic, yield-monetization, etc.).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders on D- and C- level (CEOs, directors, managers, etc.).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and self-driven with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Fluency in Korean.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Services Manager you will be responsible for the care and development of customers in the Korean market.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and key contacts.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct compelling presentations and technological solutions demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and strategies.
