The Opportunity:

Avantor is Seeking a highly qualified and accomplished Strategic Account Sales Representative with a strong foundation in B2B sales, specifically within the biopharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, proficiency in both Korean and English, and excellent interpersonal skills. This professional will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities, nurturing key account relationships, addressing and resolving customer complaints, overseeing order management and forecast follow-ups, and driving market penetration and expansion initiatives. The role demands a strategic thinker with proven negotiation and presentation skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and a commitment to excellence are essential. What we’re looking for:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for a Biology-related discipline. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales.Proven track record in sales within the biopharmaceutical sector.Proficiency in both Korean and English languages.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally. Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications/Skills:Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales, with a focus on the biopharmaceutical sector.Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.Proven problem-solving acumen with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic business environment.Proficient in utilizing CRM tools such as SFDC and C4C.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

As the Sales Representative, you will develop and manage sales opportunities, account relationship management, complaint management, order management & forecast follow ups, market penetration & expansion which including:

Develop & manage Sales Opportunities

Strategically identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the biopharmaceutical industry. Devise and implement sophisticated sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Maintain an extensive and dynamic pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

Account Relationship Management

Establish and foster enduring relationships with key strategic accounts. Thoroughly comprehend client needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

Complaints Management

Address and resolve customer complaints with urgency and professionalism. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Order Management and Forecast Follow-ups

Efficiently oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate closely with clients to understand demand forecasts and synchronize them with inventory levels. Conduct periodic follow-ups to validate and refine forecasting accuracy and facilitate timely order placements.

Market Penetration and Expansion:

Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify strategic growth areas and lucrative opportunities. Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our organizational footprint. Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to amplify brand visibility and augment market share.
