RF Solutions Sales Manager

Our client company is designing and manufacturing advanced RF (Radio Frequency) components and solutions. The company focuses on innovation in wireless communication technologies, catering to 5G network. The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with key accounts and expand our sales pipeline in Korea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the semiconductor or RF technology sectors and possess a proven track record in account management and business development with major technology clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with high-profile accounts in the Korean market to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline within the RF and semiconductor space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product positioning and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on account activities and sales projections.
- Lead negotiations and contract management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and partnership stability.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or account management, with a focus on the semiconductor or RF industries.
- Proven experience managing high-profile accounts in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of RF front-end components, semiconductor technology, or related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
- Native to Korean language and business-level proficiency in English.
