Report to: Business Line Manager_OFA

Area: Pangyo

Purpose of this Job

Overall direct sales responsibility for sales activities and delivering sustainable business growth in domestic business in Korea.Set up and implement business plans considering specific market conditions by support team and taking corrective actions as required.Manage proposal and project execution incl. technical proposals, competitive budget preparation, professional project execution as planned during project execution.

Duties&Responsibility

A. Sales Responsibility 

Ensure optimal and efficient coverage for domestic markets in Korea.Review and evaluate quotations and lost orders with the sales team to ensure that each quote is given its best opportunity to be translated to orders.Analyze market/customer requirements by business, market potential, pricing, technical proposals, market values and present market positioning to establish framework for growth strategy.Monitor competitors’ activities - identify competitive threats and map business strategies against the competition.Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective actions to resolve customer disputes with regards to sales engineer’s activity.

B. Project & Application Management

Guide and instruct the team members to comply proper work procedures with PC, division, sub-vendors and customers during project execution.Review together with team members project specifications and requirements in order to have clear views on themSupport project execution and resolve any potential problem founded during the review of project specifications and requirements at the early stage and assist the team in resolving problem or outstanding happened during the project execution.Assist the team member in preparing the best technical and commercial proposals

C. People Management

Lead and motivate the team ensuring individual professional growth of each team member so that they are equipped with the required competencies and attitude to deliver at their highest possible levels. Conduct one-on-one review to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance. 

D. Others

Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics, codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.Liaise with PC to support all channels on new products.Maintain good internal and external customer relationship.Co-ordination of activities with IAT, CTS and OFA local sales and marketing team.Cooperate with Credit Control on collection of accounts receivables.

Qualifications

Equivalent experience preferred with minimum 10 years sales/ project management in domestic business. Proven track record of delivering profitable sales resultsGood people management (coaching, feedback and performance leadership, etc)Good command of English, both written and spokenDegree in mechanical engineering or business disciplineStrong planning and organizational skillsBusiness analyzes abilityGood of sales presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsGender, major not limited
