오늘날 급격한 비즈니스 & IT 변화 가운데 고객이 당면하고 있는 IT 도전 과제와 니즈를 신속히 파악하고 최적의 리소스 (영업 & 기술팀)와 솔루션 제안을 통해 고객과 델 테크놀로지스가 Win-Win할 수 있는 기반을 마련합니다.

핵심 IT 기술 및 다양한 채널을 (마케팅, 파트너, 고객, 소셜 미디어 등)을 효과적으로 활용함으로써 솔루션 세일즈로의 빠른 전환 기회를 확보하게 됩니다.

마켓, 시장, 기술 트렌드와 고객 사례 분석을 기반으로 Upsell/Cross-Sell의 다양한 기회 요소를 파악하고 대응함으로써 경쟁력 있는 세일즈 역량을 갖추게 됩니다.

You will:

기업, 시장 데이터 및 사내 데이터베이스를 활용하여 수요 고객군을 효과적으로 선별하고 고객 상황과 기회 요소를 어필, 고객의 비즈니스/IT 목표와 효과적으로 연결시킴으로써 검증된 영업 기회 확보

발굴된 영업 기회를 적시에 내부 전문가 팀과 연결시키고 트랙킹함으로써 성공적으로 클로즈될 수 있도록 관리 (Salesforce.com기반)

주요 영업 기회와 마케팅 캠페인 등에 대한 신속하고 효과적인 팔로우업을 통해 수준 높은 고객 경험 제공

소셜 미디어(페이스북, 링크드인 등)을 통해 회사 브랜드와 솔루션 가치 제고

Essential Requirements

IT 전공 혹은 전문 지식을 기반으로 필드 IT 세일즈 경력 지향

새로운 기술과 산업, 조직, 프로세스 등에 대한 빠른 습득력 (자기주도형 Preferred)

기술/가치/차별성/기대효과 등을 간결하고, 쉽고 임팩트 있게 전달하는 커뮤니케이션 능력 (이메일 & 구두 커뮤니케이션)

낯선 혹은 돌발 상황에서도 여유를 가질 수 있는 담대함과 Stakeholder를 찾아내고 솔루션을 찾아낼 수 있는 문제 해결력 & 적극적인 커뮤니케이션 능력

Desirable Requirements

IT 분야 Call기반 마케팅, 세일즈 & 성과 경험 (Preferred) or 상품/서비스 판매 경험 (인턴, 경력, 아르바이트 등)

시간 관리 능력을 바탕으로 자기 주도적으로 과제를 선정하고 이해관계자와의 팀플레이 능력

Microsoft Office Skills (esp. Excel & PPT) 및 Salesforce.com 사용 경험
