HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support HR projects as an HRIS expert, partnering with stakeholders to implement new systems, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to local HR teams for the Workday system.
- Maintain and improve efficient HR processes, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of HR systems, employee data, and reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders within set timelines.
- Streamline Workday processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Design and update clear and accessible HR processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Design, implement, and enhance HR workflow/process – be a subject matter expert for all operational aspects of HR processes.
- Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Provide ad-hoc support for all other duties as needed.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
- Experience in HR Operations and HR Administration.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills with internal and external business partners.
- Hands-on, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Accuracy and deadline-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
