1. Responsible for the marketing work of NIKKE in the South Korean region, from the overall publishing and marketing strategy to the formulation and implementation of brand promotion strategies at each stage. This includes coordinating online and offline execution, which encompasses but is not limited to offline events, online topical activities, celebrity collaborations, social media marketing, PR, event planning, and business development cooperation.

2. Oriented towards growth, to build a marketing network in the South Korean region, familiar with local player insights, and maintain and expand local channels and media resources, including influencer resources. Precise targeting of the audience through influencer marketing strategies, having a sense of data, and being responsible for the data results.

3. Responsible for the marketing activities and events on new media and social media channels, as well as offline exhibitions and events, to effectively generate conversions.

2. 한국 지역 마케팅 네트워크 구축: 현지 플레이어 인사이트에 익숙하며, 현지 채널 및 미디어 자원, 인플루언서 자원 등을 유지 및 확장합니다. 인플루언서 마케팅 전략을 통해 목표 사용자를 정확히 타겟팅하고, 데이터를 기반으로 결과에 책임을 집니다.

3. 신미디어 및 소셜 미디어 등 온라인 채널의 마케팅 활동, 이벤트 관리 및 오프라인 전시회 및 활동을 담당하여 효과적인 전환을 이룹니다.

1、负责NIKKE韩国地区营销工作,从整体发行与市场策略到各个阶段的品牌推广策略制定与方案落地,统筹线上线下执行,包括但不限于线下活动、线上话题活动、艺人合作、社会化媒体营销、PR、活动策划与BD合作等各模块的统筹安排;

2、构建韩国地区营销网络,熟悉当地玩家洞察,对当地渠道与媒体资源,网红资源等进行维护与拓展;通过制定网红营销策略精准定位目标用户,拥有数据意识,对数据结果负责;

3、负责新媒体、社交媒体等线上渠道的营销活动、营销事件,以及线下展会和线下活动,有效形成转化。

Requirements:

1. Possess 3-5 years or more of experience in game marketing or the marketing industry, passionate about marketing, with experience in the distribution of the Japanese and Korean game market or marketing work in the Japanese and Korean regions.

2. Excellent marketing acumen and creative planning skills, able to independently organize and complete large-scale marketing promotions, with a strong ability to coordinate across departments.

3. Candidates should possess proficiency in aesthetics and creativity, the ability to plan and produce marketing content, and the capability to ensure the quality of Anime game product materials.

4. Sharp market instincts, a love for creativity, the ability to quickly grasp game user preferences, and a deep understanding of the game content ecosystem.

5. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to execute plans effectively and collaborate across multiple threads and teams.

6. Proficiency in Korean, able to conduct work communications and write documents in Korean.

7. Bonus points: An avid fan of Anime games and active player of NIKKE.

4. 시장 감각이 뛰어나고 창의적인 아이디어를 좋아하며, 게임 사용자의 취향을 빠르게 파악하고 게임 콘텐츠 생태계에 대해 깊은 이해가 필요.
5. 훌륭한 의사소통, 조정, 집행능력 및 멀티테스킹, 타 부서간 간 협업 능력 필요.
6. 한국어에 능통하며, 업무 소통 및 문서 작성에 한국어를 사용할 수 있어야 함.
7. 우대 사항: 열정적인 서부컬처게임 매니아, NIKKE 열성 플레이어.

4.市场触觉敏锐,喜欢创意,能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好,对游戏内容生态有较深理解;
5.具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作;
6.精通韩语,可以用韩文进行工作沟通和文案撰写;
