Overview

Pharmaceutical market account manager has full responsibility for instrument sales activities in his/her own territory in pharma market including strong customer relationship building by delivering customer benefit based on keen understanding on the customers’ needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

▪ Meet or exceed sales targets

▪ Maintain installed-base customer satisfaction

▪ Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts

▪ Manage the whole sales process in aligned with compliance

▪ Aggressively develop new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts

▪ Maintain current knowledge on vertical markets dynamics, application trends, and other critical business information

Qualifications

▪ Working experience (preferrable in chromatography industry) + 3 years

▪ Experience in using or selling HPLC/MS would be advantageous
▪ Leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customers' needs
▪ Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills
▪ Positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
▪ Action oriented, eager to achieve results, and Effective working in competitive sales situation
▪ Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex technical concepts
▪ Sound communication and presentation skills
▪ Basic English in writing, reading, speaking, and listening
