- Reports to Country Marketing Manager
- Good knowledge of project management.
- Deep knowledge of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing and media planning.
- Good knowledge of Customer and Consumer Engagement.
- Good knowledge of coordinating people within different disciplines to deliver to common goals and objectives.
- Good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management.
- Broad knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs.
- Good knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision.
- Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes and cycles.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as member of Country Marketing team, and lead Gangdong opening campaign plan & output in order to deliver to the objectives and goals for successful opening.
- Be a main contact person for opening marketing plan/output in connection with SO marketing and Gangdong market.
- Guide Gangdong market in the opening period, within the scope of marketing goals and objectives, including developing go-to-market strategy and overseeing global implementation, collaborating with market, creative, channel and marketing analytics teams with effective budget management.
- Evaluate the performance of Gandong opening marketing campaign during and after execution in order to identify improvement areas and develop best practices, support and optimize roll out in market.
- Collaborate with shopping mall where Gandong store locates and other mall tenants to able to create synergy in order to drive visitation more into Gangdong store and increase awareness of Gangdong opening with win-win strategy.
- Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example HF&RD,
- Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF. (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture)
- Take part in the IKEA Family members recruitment and engagement in cooperation Gangdong team & CE&L team.
- Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
